HR Connect operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to a user base size of 10,000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim. A We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Regional HR Information Services Manager toA lead the team and processes surrounding HRIS and Payroll. These include MENA Payroll Processing, Change Control, Project Management and HR Work Event Management Duties and responsibilities: * Payroll Processing -11+ Payroll Areas in MENA - To time, schedule and achieve accuracy levels against published SLAs and achieving World Class Payroll Error rates * Change Control - plan the business, functional and operational aspects of Change/Projects - Delivery of RFCs (Request for Change) to time, plan and budget * HRIS - Functional design, test, train and support of HCM (and other 3rd Party HR Applications) in MENA - Around 50 RFCs and 20 medium to large projects each year * Manage, Motivate and Lead a team of HR Professionals - Contribute towards the major projects including Talent for Growth, Expansions, new territories, Bonus, PDR, Increments, new Policies * Business Support - projects, implementations and consulting to achieve business strategies - Ensure an engaged and High Performing Team with sought after capabilities To apply for this role you should have the following skills, qualifications and experiences: * A Masters degree in Information Systems or business-related (functional) discipline (HR, Workflow, Projects, etc.), with an understanding of HRIT/programming concepts. * Field of Specialisation: Project Management, Information Systems Management, Business Process Reengineering, Database Technologies, Office systems etc. at advanced level. * 15+yrs in the fields of Business, Business Process Reengineering, Systems Development, HRIS etc. of which 10-15 years should be in SAP implementation projects in a large enterprise. * Strong project management skills. * Skills to implement systems which enables to significantly improve the productivity, user-friendliness, performance and reliability of HR services and corresponding applications. * Leadership; teamwork; interpersonal skills; analytical and conceptual skills; problem solving skills.; Communication; Collaboration; Influencing; Results Driven; Analytical.
