Our client, a multi-national publicly listed technology and consumer products company, is seeking a Digital Acquisition Manager
N.B. Must have a minimum of 2 years social media experience and be fluent in Arabic
Role Specification
To shape and plan all of the social media and online transactional activities in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and India.
Online communication responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, plan and execute social media campaigns using owned, earned and paid for social media channels with various Territories, obtain consistency in planning, execution, and tone of voice
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements
Online revenue responsibilities:
- Increase connectivity, unique and repeat visitors, store sign up, conversion rates and transactions
- Deliver on digital KPI’s, benchmark performance against rivals
- Grow membership
- Create and execute Campaigns that fit the local festive and sales calendar
- Analyse Budget vs Forecast vs Actual volumes, recommend corrective action
- Provide Trend & Benchmark analysis on Business metrics
- Liaise with Third parties to drive their revenue
- Successfully launch new products and services (when appropriate for the region)
- Improve digital presence with partners (non-game, retailers, media)

- Office programs, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google, Yahoo platforms Person Specification
• The ideal candidate will need to have an Arabic speaking and cultural background
• Minimum 2 years of social media experience
• Self-driven, organised and methodical with the ability to multi task between regular tasks and short notice requests
