Perform all duties of Warehouse Operator and Distribution Clerk as needed.
Operational
* Perform quality control checks within the warehouse.
Utilize a personal computer, the warehouse management system, and a time tracking system to conduct warehouse operations in order to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
* Communicate with others to ensure the smooth, effective and safe running of Warehouse operations.
* A Monitor payroll/hours, extract information, and process reports.
* Configure and troubleshoot distribution center hardware to include barcode scanners, label printers, personal computers, and pick ticketprinters.
People Management & Development
* Monitor employee activity to minimize company loss due to theft and damage to company property.
* Manage the daily work activities of one or more employees within the warehouse (i.e., processing, returning, and packing) to performance metrics in the areas of: throughput, cost, and customer service.
A Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience:
* 1-3 years' experience supervisory skills with a distribution or manufacturing environment
Job-Specific Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Must have an understanding of all WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and reverse logistics.
