Objective: The Marketing advisor will be working for the Continuing Education Center to: 1- Develop CEC strategy and annual implementations plan for Marketing 2- Improve the overall image of CEC with businesses and Aswan communityScope of Work: 1. He/she will be responsible for conducting a marketing survey to identify the needed skills/courses from both prospective employer & employees 2. Develop & apply a specific marketing strategy and plan for IT courses, Soft skills courses, OHF English courses , ticketing course in the corporate sector, fresh graduate students and governmental bodies 3. Develop & apply a specific marketing plan for the outreach facility courses in Kom Ombo and West Aswan. 4. Identify the needs and demand regard to the additional courses such as: mini MBA and Industry Specific English such as English for Tourism. 5. Propose& apply marketing activities for undergraduate students with Aswan University and other teaching institutes/ schools and associations 6. Overall marketing of the CEC 7. Preparing/ organizing / follow up in media advertising material such as flyers, brochures, 8. Course prospects and other marketing tools. 9. Identify and initiate linkage with different Potential customer for CECDeliverables: 1. Marketing strategy for CEC. 2. Annual marketing implementation plan . 3. Report on the marketing survey. 4. Summary report for all the marketing activities with different parties.Time Frame: The duration of the consultancy is three months starting Mid-August to Mid-November 2013 and the estimated level of efforts is (60 days).
