The job responsibilities are as follows:
* Attending phone calls from customers and providing feedback, with a good customer approach
* Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangements & coordination with the sales team
* Follow-up for collections of account receivables and accounts overdue
* Interaction and co-ordination with the branches
* Post dated cheque, cash cheque and daily cash collection handling
* Coordinating and preparing various reports in respect of sales and administrative matters
* Maintaining all relevant customer related data in the system concerning admin and finance The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
* At least 2 years experience within Sales Administration/ Sales Support/ Coordination
* Experience in Automobile would be beneficial
* Must have good planning, computational, analytical, methodical, communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have the ability to work under pressure with a good understanding of sales processes
* Must be proficient in MS Office applicationsA A A
* SAP user skills are an advantage and highly preferred
