Job Details: Designation Junior Sales Job Description Job Description Promising technology startup in Egypt seeks Senior
Sales to the CCO and Business Development Manager. Candidate must be
well versed in wide range of loyalty programs and have knowledge of
the advertising world. Candidate must be a self motivated
individual with a desire to work in a culture that recognizes and
respects the achievements of every individual based on a meritocracy.
The candidate should be highly competent, results-oriented, have
exceptional communications skills, a proven track record of success,
and a willingness to be both team-oriented and a self-starter.
Tasks & Responsibilities • Enhances sales staff
accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions;
answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team
members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. •
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of
dealers. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and
results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and
monthly and annual territory analyses. • Monitors competition by
gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new
products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. •
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating
results and competitive developments. • Resolves customer
complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing
reports; making recommendations to management. • Maintain accurate
customer database of industry contacts for mailings, reporting, and
marketing programs. • Contribute to team effort and work on
special projects. • Develop, execute and oversee effective
business development strategy • Work with and provide feedback to
Marketing Manager for overall effectiveness of marketing strategy
• Create and maintain logs and provide detailed feedback to line
manager on all meetings.Skills and Abilities • Fresh
graduate - 1 year experience • Attention to Detail -- Concerned
with quality. Produce work that is orderly and attractive. •
Ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time. • Creative
