An excellent opportunity has arisen for an immediate starting position as document controller on one of our prestigious projects in Abu Dhabi Maintain and manage all documents for project ensuring they are easily accessible and stored according to company requirements · Coordinate all activities related to Document Control procedures in relation to storage of technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence · Input information into required registers ensuring all information is accurate and up to date · Generate required document control reports · Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable · Maintain files and control logs as required by the company candidates must be currently in the UAE and immediately available willing to live in Abu Dhabi you will speak excellent english and have the following experience You will be well established as a document controller within the region with good knowledge of all major document control systems including BIW. Must have worked for international companies previously and on major construction programmes of works. You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multitasker and have natural time management skills.
