G4S is currently recruiting for an Arabic Receptionist for one of our client, a leading Oil & Gas company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to a busy Reception Desk and attending to a large number of calls and welcoming guests and visitors. Responsibilities: • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. • Liaises with the IT departments for all time availability of telecommunication system at the Reception Desk • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Receive, direct and relay telephone calls, inquiries and messages • Screening calls prior to relaying to respective staff • Responsible for updating the staff contact list • Manage and responsible for booking meeting rooms not listed as Self Managed meeting rooms • Responsible of ordering catering for workshops/ meeting when requested by meeting organizers • Responsible for organizing Greeting Cards and Business Cards upon request from employees. • Prepare business card template and e-mail to supplier • Forward the proof reading to new joiners / employees for review and approval • Native Arabic Speaker • Minimum of 1 year experience in Reception or front office duties. • Able to work overtime • Good written/ verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Presentable • Ability to work under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Well organized.
