Charterhouse is working with a highly prominent Facilities Management Service Provider with a presence across the Middle East. An efficient Facilities Manager is urgently required to join their team based in the heart of Doha. Reporting to the FM Operations Manager you will be accountable for the facilities component of one of the largest projects in the Middle East. This is a major multi-million QAR contract and you will be responsible for interacting with the client and tenants on a daily basis maintaining a high level of customer service whilst managing a team of around 150. The successful candidate should have a solid five years' experience in property management and / or facilities management ideally within a service provider environment. In addition you should hold a bachelors Degree within some form of engineering, ideally mechanical or electrical however this is not essential. This role offers an attractive salary which is negotiable depending on education, qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will receive medical and life insurance as well as an annual family air ticket and annual bonus.
