Charterhouse is working with a market leading facilities management service provider in their search for a high quality General Manager to join their Qatar based operation on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing high level relationships together with multiple and prestigious residential and commercial developments in the GCC region. You will manage around 1000+ staff and report directly to the CEO of the business. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate at least 15 years' experience within maintenance and facilities management and be fully operational whilst being a technical subject expert. Due to the nature of this business, it is essential you have experience of managing large portfolios, whilst having strong business acumen and the ability to lead large teams. It is essential you come from a strong engineering background.
