Lead in product specifications standardisation by setting an engineering system which can bridge between sales, marketing, production planijng and control, production engineering, electronics R&D and HVAC R&D. Act as the main source of theoretical engineering head for the company. Role includes developing and maintaining product technical submittals, catalogs, design data and testing procedures. Manager will be responsible for supervising production machinery for maximum and cost effective utilisation in association with production engineering. - Optimise design solutions for manufacturing as well as continuous upgrading of products. - Ensuring BOM are available and documented for all standard and nonstandard products, routing and costings is done before work order goes to production. - Along with R&D department, facilitate to design new products, modify existing designs and develop test procedures. - Prepare and control department budget. - Ensure products meet requirements for safety, quality, profitability, sales performance and durability. - Establish and lead a highly motivated engineering team. - Identify material suppliers and develop sourcing techniques. 1. Salary between AED 20,000 - AED 30,000 2. Must be degree qualified 3. More than 6 yrs experience in relevant field.
