The Company: Our client is a leading money transfer and foreign exchange company based in the GCC. They have been in continues operation since the 1920’s. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Business Development Manager for their Bahrain Office. Duties & Responsibilities: • Work closely with the General Manager and other group stakeholders to maximize development opportunities within Bahrain • Proactively develop new business sales leads and maintain existing relationships with corporate customers • Achieve profitability objectives as per given targets and financial budgets • Coordinate and contribute to the development of quarterly and annual strategic plans • Create and present sales and account activity reports as required by the General Manager and create other group stakeholders • Develop and execute the new marketing strategies based on the corporate foreign exchange sales strategy • Provide accurate and timely competitive approach analysis of market activities to enable a more proactive and thus more competitive approach to business building and evolution • Internal stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met and the highest standard of quality service is delivered • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the business and infrastructure functions to enable effective delivery of the corporate strategy • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual analysis and metrics versus official targets Qualifications & Experiences: • University degree required as a minimum • Minimum 5 years in Foreign Exchange Company in a management/supervisory role • Strong communication skills, customer service and relationship management skills Propel Consult delivers a service in step with the needs of both our client companies and candidates.
