Company: Our client is leading cost management consultant in the Middle East. They have always viewed property and construction assets as having complex, integrated lifecycles. This consultant delivers a portfolio of services along this lifecycle, from concept through design and construction to the management and maintenance of a project or asset. They are one of the leading asset management and construction consultants, established for more than 100 years. Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Contracts Administrator, reporting to the KBR Senior Contracts Administrator and performing tasks relating to the contracts management of project sites in Qatar. •Assists with the contracts administration aspects of a set of contracts as part of the programme management consultant’s role on a major programme of infrastructure development works •Supports the process of establishing contracts, administrating contracts, reviewing and processing payments, monitoring and processing Variation Orders in an ethical manner at all times and in accordance with project procedures. •Coordinate with other team such as Operations and Project Controls Qualifications and Experience: You will have: •Sound knowledge of the contract administration aspects of major civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities with experience in procurement and contract administration •5 + years post graduate experience •Experienced user of MS Office and project management software •Undergraduate degree or membership of a relevant recognised International Professional Body e.g. MRICS •Experience in international contracting mechanisms e.g. FIDIC •Fluency in English language both written and spoken •Spoken Arabic is advantageous Please apply with your resume today for this position.
