JOB TITLE: Field Sales Executive - OTE £120K SELLING: Workplace Risk Management SELLING TO: Services, Retail and Property TERRITORY: EMEA LOCATION: London PACKAGE: Basic £60K, OTE £120K + Benefits COMPANY INFORMATION - Global technology leader - Tier 1 client base - Globally acclaimed solution - Field Sales Executive KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on outside software sales experience - Proven track record growing a territory from scratch - Demonstrable career history achieving and over achieving against sales quotas - Good understanding of financial processes and technology including invoicing, purchasing ERP, E-Commerce etc - Excellent ability to create plans coupled with the discipline and structure to achieve the goals - Proven ability in generating brand new leads through prospecting and cold calling ROLE INFORMATION FOR FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - Target specific accounts, develop strategy, gain a clear understanding of companies' tax and technical environments and sell tax solutions that best fit such requirements. - Establish relationships with key customer and partner contacts and sell to complex, multi-department enterprises at the Executive level - Gain a deep understanding of clients' internal initiatives, related partner and industry developments and, as appropriate, communicating these to the customer and connecting the customer with key people with global team. - Field Sales Executive Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
