Job Purpose:
* To setup an MIS function at FAMCO
* To manage the CRM system in FAMCO including databases
* To manage the marketing research function, including Customer Satisfaction Index
* To provide market intelligence and reporting from various internal and external touchpoints.
* To manage the direct marketing campaigns.

Job Context:
FAMCO is a leading supplier of industrial, construction equipment and transport vehicles. This position sets up the Management Information System required for a company with so many data and information points. Being a B2B company, customer relationships are very important. The Intelligence Manager plays a key role by taking charge of the CRM function, the market research function and database marketing function. As we move towards enhancing our brand and make it top of mind in our customers, the Marketing Intelligence manager will play a key role in making sure we have the right information on hand to know our customers better. The role involves change management and a strong personality who is not afraid of a challenge. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS or Computer Science.
Minimum Experience:
* 5-10 years experience
Job-Specific Skills:
* Must have run the CRM function on enterprise systems such as SAP or Oracle or similar
* Must have managed Market Research projects.
* Must understand database marketing and have carried our direct marketing campaigns for leading brands.
* Must have advanced excel reporting skills
