To handle big business accounts, providing business customers their operational needs and collecting due amounts.Solving 80% of customer needs * Open remedy ticket. * Follow up with other departments regarding customer requests & issues. * Operation evaluation. Customer satisfaction & Maintaining contracts * Meet customer satisfaction based on quarterly survey. * Maintain contracts by strengthening the relationship. Criteria for terminated accounts should be less than 5% for bad services. Collection * Follow up with the customers to pay the due amounts as the collection target in 80% of collection. Reports * Update all reports within the due date. * Focus on reports quality and the data accuracy Visit & Calls * Visit an average of 5 visits weekly * Call an average of 15 calls weekly Imroving accounts * Increase at least 2% of the total revenue on the previous quarter revenue. Industry / Domain * Operation Knowledge and Experience * 3-4 years operation & relation experience Education and Certification Requirements * Diploma Degree Job Specific Skills * Communication & Negotiation Skills * English Language (high Level). * Data Analysis. * Work under pressure. * Microsoft Office (specially Microsoft Excel) * Team Work. * Time Management.
