Our client delivers Design and Modelling that provides access to the benefits of Building Information Modelling (BIM). Utilising the latest Software, Processes and Tools, to create a product that enables Modern Design and Construction Techniques to provide an Environment of Transparency and Clarity for clients, and external consultants and contractors. This consultant is uniquely positioned in the region to leverage BIM on behalf of their clients and construction partners, through Procurement, Planning and Construction, via Building Assembly Models (BAM) and Operation and Maintenance via Building Owner Operator Models (BOOM). With an increasing level of work due to their unique utilisation and success of these methods, this consultancy seek talented technical professionals to join their team. Currently they require Electrical Engineers to join their Dubai operation who seek the opportunity to be at the forefront of new design and construction technology on build projects across the Middle East. Electrical engineers with 5 - 10 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Electrical Engineering, and most recently consultant experience in the UAE/GCC are invited to apply. Having worked from design to construction documentation stage of new build, and interior fit out projects in the Middle East, this individual will have solid experience across different stages of projects and different building types. Design and project delivery of building services projects is necessary, ideally larger scale, but if not comparable to Middle East market, this person will have done A to Z on smaller projects. Expertise in REVIT and the Implementation of BIM would be advantageous, however Software expertise could be trained for the right person. Aptitude to swiftly and efficiently learn new programs is a must if no REVIT experience. AutoCAD is minimum requirement, as is the right attitude.  For those who wish to strive and progress their careers this is a great opportunity as Management will increase responsibilities and exposure to projects. For the right individual there will be the opportunity to manage teams, so effective communication skills are a Must, aswell as a mentoring and team orientated attitude.
