Some duties include: - Monitors and maintains ADX hardware in liaison with the relevant hardware maintenance companies. - Monitors and maintains the ADX communications network. - Maintains the ADX communication equipment. - Monitors systems performance and throughput. - Manage and control the Problem Process based on ITIL methodology. Quality Productivity Adaptability and flexibility Teamwork Self development Working knowledge of computer hardware and software applications Working knowledge of English and preference given to Arabic speakers IT/Bachelor/High Diploma in Computer Information Systems and Networking or equivalent	الشروط
