Develop alternative strategic financing options for clients & assist in structuring new financing transactions for existing clients. 2. Develop Term Sheet, Information Memorandum, financial modelling, and mandate letter….etc. for new transactions. 3. Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of each transaction. 4. Achieve financial individual performance targets and contribute to the budgeted business target. 5. Identify & develop-cross selling opportunities and increase the-cross sell ratio with key clients. 6. Motivate Develop and Coach Associates and Analysts, who are part of the Team. 7. Maintain the credit quality of the clients relationships within the Portfolio to an acceptable level set by the Bank’s management 8. Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients. 9. Ensure all clients’ files /documents are maintained. 10. Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met. 11. Develop Client pitches under guidance of Sector Heads. 12. Execute Client transactions negotiated by Senior Management. 13. Develop NBAD’s Global & Regional NBFI Services knowledge base. 14. Conduct and maintain financial analysis of the Bank’s NBFI Clients. 15. Fully understand the Bank’s Wholesale Banking Products and associated processes. 16. Adhere to process KPIs and ISO9001 requirements, ORM, BCP & Internal Audit Requirements. • Minimum 10 years in banking experience. • Sound knowledge of investment appraisals, financial modelling and legal/regulatory environments. • Clear understanding of credit analysis and risk assessments. • Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation Good interpersonal skills, Motivation, Resource Management & Marketing oriented skills. • Strong influencing and coaching skills • Capable to organize the workload, meet deadlines and to work under pressure. • Knowledge of interpretation and appraisal of financial statements/feasibility reports • English/Arabic language knowledge is preferable. • Experience of handling large sized Financial Institutions accounts.
