Is able to use his high level contacts in the industry to generate revenue for the bank. • Is able to work across organizational divisions and demonstrates a high level of ownership and places business interest foremost enabling change whilst supporting new initiatives • Is able to review own performance without bias and uses this to optimize performance and achieve longer term career aspirations • Undertakes high level strategic risk assessment and analysis and interprets trends and complex information for the longer term protection and preservation of the group • Promotes and encourages co-operation within the team. Maintaining an open dialogue between desk's/sales teams. • Anticipates customer needs and responds to requirement's in a timely and efficient manner. Show's strength in building positive relationships with existing and new clients. • Recognizes and demonstrates the ability to exploit new business avenues, generating additional flow for the unit up and beyond his remit. • As a strong team player would show the ability to distribute important news to the room/network • Adapts to change and supports any new desk initiatives. Show great awareness in developing new products that have the potential to increase revenue and keep the bank at the forefront of changes • Minimum of 7 years of financial markets experience, the majority being focused on financial institutions (either on the asset or liability sales sides) with regular contact with bank clients • Extensive knowledge of all financial market products and operations • Excellent understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment related especially to financial institutions • Ability to add value by being a solutions provider to a customer’s business.
