Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
Manage and solve conflicts with clients. Negotiate with customers to close deals. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that create customer value.
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
Establish budgets with the client and company.
Meet time deadlines for accounts
Generate new business relationships, determine new opportunities, produce and negotiate new revenue, define, achieve and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Creating Database for our costumers' contact details & updating it periodically to send them our News Letter (If there is).
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and potential customers to ensure clear understanding of services specification and advantages.
Secure long term relationship with clients by understanding short and long term requirements.
Preparing reports on customer needs problems, interests, and competitive activities
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Have at least 1 year of Sales experience.
Have experience in IT Business.
Product Knowledge for (Oracle [Hardware and software, Redhat, VMware, Symantec, HP)
