Manage and ensure the establishment of a robust change management methodology, mechanisms and plans for change management in DoT ? Manage the development of a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change ? Oversee the coordination of the provision of expertise based on previous experience with transformation, organization design, organization redesign and change management projects ? Manage the creation and completion of activities with the purpose of gaining employee buy-in on change initiatives ? Manage the identification of potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns ? Manage and review readiness assessments and the respective evaluated results ? Review and approve the actionable and targeted change management plans - including but not limited to communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan, etc. ? Review and approve measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes ? Manage the coordination with external entities to ensure that the concerned parties are aware of any change, and how to accommodate these changes ? Manage and review reports on any problems or inefficiencies of the change management program ? Develop the Section budget in coordination with the Director - Organization Development ? Perform any other tasks as directed by the Director - Organization Development ? Knowledge of Project management skills ? Knowledge of Change Management Systems ?
