Palma Group Company ( Selena Bay Resort ) Sales Department We are expanding fast and are looking for experienced Business Development ( Junior / Senior )to join our Hurghada team. • You will be highly motivated, energetic, intelligent and articulate with experience in Property sales.• You must have the ability to develop relationships as well as create new ones, close deals and meet strict targets.• You will prospect for new real estate broker clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues.We offer a superb product and recognized training in a supportive and enjoyable environment that rewards hard work with uncapped earning potential and genuine career opportunities. The suitably qualified candidate will be asked to• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and to prospect for new clients to build company revenues, prospect for new real estate broker clients for our online and offline products to build client numbers and company revenues.• Provide client training to ensure efficient use of the service to achieve good roll,• Providing performance regular reviews and performance reports to ensure maximum client retention• Hit online and offline sales revenue targets Job RequirementsYou will be highly motivated, energetic, intelligent and articulate with experience in Social media sales or Property sales.
