تفاصيل الوظيفة We are hiring immediately for a vacancy in a software Company: Job Position:Technical Writer Job Code:TEH-TW-ITE-09 Position Summary: Self-driven professional to work closely with the development team to create, edit and maintain technical documentation for current and future applications. Duties and Responsibilities -Make sure that company documents are accurate, clear, complete, current and stored appropriately -Develop and update online HTML -Create Product and Training Documentation -Use well-written language, which communicates efficiently to different end-users -Create documentation project plans and timelines -Interview technical resources to collect and interpret input and outline relevant content -Publish information on company portal, and make it easily accessible -Search for or capture relevant graphics and screenshots for documentation -Proofread documents and edit texts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation and style -Update documents to reflect new changes -Maintain links between product documents and product releases -Ensure adherence to established standards for format giving consideration to usability, consistency and quality -Ensure standardization of documentation produced in terms of structure and content -Assist in the preparation of presentation materials using appropriate technology Education and Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field Skills: (2-4 years) experience Able to use DTP tools and MS Office. Experience with help authoring tools Strong English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
