تفاصيل الوظيفة Senior Software Development Engineer – Alexandria Specific Duties Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain our warehouse systems. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research and investigation. Analyse problems and designing solutions, using the wealth of technical, creative and commercial experience in the team. Mentor and provide technical support for other developers in the team, shares expertise with others. Collaborate effectively with Egypt and UK partner teams. Knowledge and Skills B. Sc. In Computer Science, Information Systems or IT related degree. 3+ years of practical experience in PHP development for large-scale, web-based applications using Zend Framework. Solid grounding in the fundamentals of Object-Oriented Design and design patterns, with particular emphasis on MVC. Front-end skills with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX and XML. Extensive knowledge of SQL databases – MySql is preferred, Oracle is a plus. Good knowledge base of Linux and Windows operating systems and Networking. Good knowledge of SOA and Webservices . Develops complex program documentation using structure diagrams, behavior diagrams and interaction diagrams, system and program flowcharts and test plans. Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, continuous integration, Scrum methodology and Agile best practices. Java, Spring/MVC, JEE experience is a plus. Domain knowledge of ecommerce retail including the Books market, search, payment processing and order processing.
