Ref: NP314-250 A corporate and professional company is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join their small team. As you will be the first point of contact for many VIP’s, (HNWI’s), high net worth individuals and prospective clients you must be immaculately presented with the highest standard of manners and etiquette and excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have a hospitality background and therefore understand have a high level of attention to detail and know how to present meeting rooms with catering, flowers and refreshments in a nice way for important meetings. Other responsibilities include: • Ensuring the Reception area is clean, tidy and presented in a corporate way • Meeting and greeting all visitors, offering refreshments and guiding them to their meeting room • Answering all telephone enquiries and ensuring all relevant and critical information is taken so you can transfer to the correct person without delay • Taking messages and relaying them to the correct person immediately • Managing couriers and post for all staff • Assisting staff with any ad hic administration duties • Liaising with the Office Manager to assist with any other duties • You must be a problem solver and forward thinker and anticipate the needs of guests and visitors to make them as comfortable as possible in the Reception area. • You should have excellent English communication skills and be very polite • You should have a corporate image and be well presented. • Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered Inspire Selection employs highly knowledgeable, professional consultants who are experts in connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
