The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the interior fit out market as well as being able to deliver clear and precise instructions in order to get the best out of their team on a daily basis. - Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline - Experience in the UAE - Background of interiors, fit out, MEP and construction - Good work ethic, able to lead confidently - Good communication skills - Abilitiy to deliver projects with time frame allocated - Salary negotiable depending on experience Transguard Themis is the recruitment and professional staffing brand of the Transguard Group based in Dubai, UAE.
