Ref: NP720-21 Job Purpose
Responsible for the timely and efficient development and launch of Third Party Operation Projects which require management of multi-functional teams (QA, Manufacturing Science, Analytical, Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, Artwork operations, Global Product Development etc.) and which usually multiple markets and often multiple third party contractors.
The types of projects to be managed include (but are not limited to) Manufacturing Process Transfers, Cost Reduction Projects (linked to manufacture), Innovation and new product launch and Process Improvement/Compliance.
Key deliverables are to meet project objectives in regard to scope, timing, cost and quality and pro-actively manage stakeholders.
Manage the various stages of the project lifecycle:
Project Initiation
Project Monitoring
Project Close
Project Communication
Promote Cross-functional Collaboration
Education : 4 Year College/University Degree: Technical Degree such as Science, Engineering. Project Management Institute Certification is a plus.
Languages English, Hindi
Experience:
Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector is required.
Understanding of the steps in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Start-up.
Minimum 5 years in Product Supply, Sourcing, Manufacturing, or other operations-related role including experience in project work
Knowledge of production planning, inventory management with preference given to candidates with APICS certification
Minimum 2 years project management experience
Understanding of c.G.M.P’s and regulated consumer products or pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
Able to manage multiple priorities and projects and deadlines.
Team oriented individual with personal commitment to human relations, integrity, giving and receiving constructive feedback, adaptability, diversity and communication. Must be adaptable to a diversified working environment. Experience in third party contract operations is preferred.
