Ref: MP552-287 Our client is looking for a Manager - Contracts & Agreements to join their Legal Affairs department. Key responsabilities: -Drafting, reviewing and updating existing contracts (e.g. commercial & corporate agreements, purchasing agreements, confidentiality agreements.) -Preparing legal frameworks for major projects -Leading the negotiations of complex contracts transactions, analyzing compatibility and preparing contracts documents. •Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized university. •Minimum 7 years of relevant experiences in large scale trading organization with the experience of managing corporate Contracts & Agreements. •Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes. •A good communicator and a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. •A goal and results-driven leader.
