Ref: MP237-71 To support in the development activities of all new devices from initiation phase to commercial readiness. * Plan the development of new devices * Prepare the forecasts and provide information to Purchasing & Logistics department to buy devices according to Zain procedures. * Communicate with internal and external parties and conduct researches to understand customers' needs to deliver innovative and relevant products that support business opportunities. * Review the impacts/ risks affecting the development, scheduling, and end user experience. * Work with his/her superior to identify the positive and negative impacts/risks associated with new devices. * Test new devices prior to launch and ensure that they are properly configured. * Partner with Marketing, Product & Services, and Sales to evaluate, plan, coordinate and deliver new devices up to commercial launch stage. * Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise. * Other duties are requested directly by Manager, Product Development or other superiors. Industry / Domain * Consumer Marketing/Telecom Necessary Knowledge and Experience * Min 1-3 years of experiences in relevant felid. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to negotiate with vendors and contractors. * Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills. * Ability to write and deliver presentations. * Innovative and creative thinker. * Fluent verbal and written communication in English.آ Arabic language is a plus. * Sound knowledge of the GSM & emerging mobile services and products. * Excellent overall knowledge of the telecommunications field and overall knowledge of Product Life Cycles. Education and Certification Requirements * Degree in business management, MIS, or engineering or equivalent skills are required. Job Specific Skills * Microsoft Office.
