Ref: GP186-1791 Charterhouse is working with a company who is at the forefront of the media industry. Our client is looking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director who is an exceptional leader and able to strategically head the MENA region of this international media organisation. Leading the organisation across the MENA region, you will be responsible for the daily operations. You will steer and design the strategic direction ensuring the organisation's goals and ambitions are achieved. You will lead the profit and loss function ensuring best practice, monitoring and developing strategies as well as overseeing news, programs and technical operations. You will also manage, develop and mentor the operations management team and oversee, protect and refine the core editorial service for news, programs and technical operations to ensure quality, integrity and efficiency. The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in media journalism or communications. You should have a proven track record with a minimum 15 years' media production, administration or management experience at a recognised international channel. A masters Degree would be advantageous.
