Job Title:TOR for Translation Consultancy Job Type:Consultancy Contract INJAZ Palestine is part of the global organization Junior Achievement that was established in 1919, in which over ten million students participate in over 124 countries annually. JA Worldwide is the world’s largest organization dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy. Through partnerships with the private sector and educational sector, INJAZ provides relevant programs delivered by trained volunteers from the Palestinian private sector companies to inspire and educate youth about entrepreneurial and leadership skills, helping to enhance their economic opportunities. INJAZ is seeking a candidate as Translation Consultant. Objectives The main objective of the assignment is to translate 3 training programs related to Work Readiness, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy that have been developed by Junior Achievement Worldwide into Arabic Language for ease of use by the targeted beneficiaries. Deliverables The following deliverables will be required to submit: -Arabic version of the Trainers’ manual (Avg. 50 pages per program) for the 3 training programs. -Arabic version of the Students’ manual (Avg. 30 pages per program) for the 3 training programs. -Arabic version of the supporting materials (Avg. 10 pages per program) for the 3 training programs. Qualification and expertise required: Experience: Successful candidates must have at least five years experience in translating Business related training materials. Other Qualifications: -Must be a native Arabic Speaker. -Strong experience in conceptualizing and understanding Business related concepts. -Excellent computer skills Time frame INJAZ Palestine expects that the whole process of delivery of this particular task will last for 14 working days. Interested candidates should submit the following: -A resume and cover letter. -Three examples of recent, relevant translation work of training materials. Each should be no longer than five pages. -A list of three references. -Financial and Technical offer.
