Ref: GP843-267 As the Department Head- Data you will be responsible of leading data innovation and product development opportunities to capture a market leading share of the growth in this strategic areaYou will be responsible of product ownership and development of the strategy which transforms consumer revenuers from being voice centric to data centric, working with insights gathered from a number of sources to lead innovation, ownership of the data product roadmap which manages existing products through their lifecycle and develops and implements new products, working with the segment heads, develop, agree and implement the quarterly competitive plans, alignment of all consumer functions to proactively identify, developing and driving long term initiatives that deliver retention and growth, defining high level business goals and defining metrics and dashboards that influence organisational behaviour, driving forward looking strategy and identifying areas of opportunity and threat, partnering with the key consumer stakeholders to ensure that strategic decisions are supported through data and analysis and managing a high performing team of up to 3 direct reports. You should have of 10+ years experience in related industry, understanding of finance, statistics, modelling and excellent problem solving skillsآ with a bachelor degree Ability to understand the market through sophisticated analysis Ability to translate the analysis into easily digestible communications and presentations Excellent problem solving skills Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company SAOG was founded and registered in the Sultanate of Oman in December 2004.
