Reporting to the Operations Manager - Famco - Qatar, the job purpose is as follows:
* To lead, control the sales operations in your area to ensure, as a minimum, the achievement of budgeted sales, gross margins, and net contribution for Units.
* To build market intelligence and develop & implement marketing plans to exploit every opportunity to gain market share, increase revenues and profitability.
* To have all necessary tools & training for positive attitudes, customer care focus and professional selling skills to achieve department targets and company objectives.
* To achieve and maintain standards and company policies within sales department.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achieve Sales Turnover & Gross Margin:
* To achieve and exceed sales targets and gross margins as per company guidelines and budgets.
Sales Management:
* Manage the sales area to achieve appropriate market share and improve theآ company's image to set customer satisfaction standards.
Customer Research:
* Identify, review and follow up lost clientele and achieve brand loyalty.
Ordering & Stocking:
* Control inventory to maintain optimum stock levels in tune with company policy to achieve stock turnover.
Suitable candidates should have the following skills and experience:
Minimum Experience,Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Engineering degree from an accredited college
* Minimum of five years industry experience.
* Organizational, interpersonal skills
* Planning & organizing, team player, target oriented, analytical ability,آ communication skills, market awareness, strategic planning, and selling skills.
* Competent in analysing market situations and in taking correct decisions regarding quantity to be ordered and model mix.
