They are currently growing their business in Saudi Arabia and are looking for ambitious consulting professionals eager to advance their careers. The Role Our client currently seeks an experienced Senior Reward Consultant to work in their growing Saudi practice, to be located in Riyadh. The role would be to advise clients at a senior level, to assess businesses and through the best practice tools available within the organisation design incentive plans that will motivate employee's. This role will focus on delivery, and will be one that typically leads assignments.
