Ref: MP392-137 Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Commercial Laundry Manager is responsible for the daily management of a high volume commercial laundry catering to hotels, restaurants & other commercial partners offering both full laundry & dry cleaning services, pick up & delivery. The role is also responsible for visiting clients & generating more business for the laundry. Working closely with clients ensuring satisfaction of services; suppliers to ensure product supply & training and of course working with the laundry team inspiring & training them regularly. The desired candidate will come from a commercial laundry background & be a confident, client facing person who can represent the business at all times. A steady career path in laundry services is preferred along with experience in managing a large team. Hospitality experience is preferred.
