Ref: GP186-1777 Charterhouse is working with a leading property developer who is looking to hire an MEP Manager to work with landmark infrastructure and building projects coming up in Dubai. You will be involved in some of the key projects that are shaping Dubai in preparation for the Dubai Expo 2020. This is a company that promotes organic growth rigorously and has a global reputation that is unrivalled. You will be responsible for all electro/mechanical work on project work. Being exposed and involved with many first-class projects, you will attend meetings between Client / Contractor / Engineer and be responsible for all day-to-day activities. The successful candidate should hold an electrical or mechanical engineering Degree and have over 10 years’ experience. You should have strong knowledge of contracts as well as proficient AUTOCAD and technical drawing skills. It is essential you have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. During the last ten years, Charterhouse has been operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC Markets.
