Ref: GP186-1776 Charterhouse is working with a leading international company who is looking to hire a Team Manager to join their operation on a permanent basis in Doha. The Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Technicians. You will monitor their daily activities, productivity and performance, ensuring that all Technicians are trained, equipped and motivated. You will prepare a monthly roster, handle internal reports and take responsibility for tasks, reports and duties required to ease the workflow of all operations. The successful candidate should have led a team of Installation Technicians or have extensive experience within this field and are looking to take the next step into management. You should have excellent leadership skills, wide experience in satellite TV reception technology and have excellent communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills. During the last ten years, Charterhouse has been operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC Markets.
