Ref: HP647-1194 This well establish Group has diversified operations within FMCG, Trading & are now setting up a chain of Retail Coffee/Shisha outlets through the Region . They are looking for an Entrepreunerial Individual with local muliti site operations expereince to drive this business and Franchises forward . The following background is required 1. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage. 2. Ability to promote team spirit environment and synergy amongst staff members. 3. Ability to communicate with peers, immediate subordinates and upper management. 4. Ability to delegate tasks to subordinates. 5. Ability to complete tasks on time. 6. Ability to plan and co-ordinate efforts of staff members. 7. Ability to identify areas of improvements for both the restaurant and customer needs. 8. Ability to set objectives and measure success milestones. 9. Good numerical skills and good ability in written and oral English. 10. Computer & POS Knowledge and basics of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point. 11. Proven guest relation skills. 12. Proven experience in people handling skills. Main Responsibilities. 1. Planning, developing and implementing strategies for day to day operations of multiple outlets and support in the development and financial success of the outlets. 2. Directs the collection of data and preparation of consolidated reports in order to ensure the provision of reliable inventory, cost control and financial data to support the F & B management decision making. 3. Achieves financial and operational objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for the premises budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing financial reports, managing quality and cost controls. 4. Develops, implements and improves all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. 5. Coordinate with the management, the development of food & beverage menus, point of sale systems, service procedures, and standards of operation development, assessment and revisions 6. Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company. 7. Overview the food preparation/presentation process, ensuring high quality and conformity with set standards and techniques of food specification. 8. Assist the employer with the location selection 9. Coordinate with other department heads, suppliers, mall management and subcontractors. 10. Manage multiple restaurants administration. 11. Review the monthly P & L and sales report as well as planning the monthly and daily sales objectives taking necessary measures to meet them 12. Manage the restaurant organization and cleanliness. 13. Managing top level food safety and hygiene in the restaurant. 14. Manage discipline and motivation of the staff to get the best productivity. 15. Manage the training and development of the staff regularly and continuously. 16. Build confidence and team spirit amongst staff members.
