Ref: KP603-170 Reporting to the Store Manager this position assists in the organizing and arranging of the stock room. This role will support the stores by receiving shipment, storing, replenishment and transfer of merchandise. Ensures that work areas are clean and tidy and observes security and safety regulations. •To ensure stock room is well organized to meet the store requirements. •Shipments received and stored in a timely manner following correct stock in procedures. •Transfer necessary stock in and out ensuring correct transfer slips and procedures are followed. •To ensure stores have regular stock replenishment so to ensure sales are maximized. •Shop floor support by pulling and delivering sizes from stockroom for customer when requested, help in organizing the store when required including duties such as price checking. •To be responsible for the stock control within the stock room through close monitoring of stock movement •To assist the Stock Controller with the preparation to facilitate seasonal and monthly stock takes •To ensure all stock is priced and has security tagging attached before placed on shop floor. •Following on replenishment and fast moving items with the Stock Controller so the information can be communicated to the Merchandisers. •Wrapping supplies order •Polling – to ensure successful transmission of store retail pro data. •2+ years industry experience •Proven ability to achieve sales targets •Knowledge of basic sales principles and practices •Computer skills with the ability to operate a cash register •Flexibility in shift work; weekends, and holidays •Knowledge of relevant computer applications Majid Al Futtaim Fashion provides a platform for the introduction of world-class fashion and retail brands in the region, developing their presence across the Middle East.
