Ref: GP222-1608 A State Owned Operating Company, within the Oil and Gas industry are looking for an Employee Relations Supervisor.
The job role would involve carrying out various activities related to the administration and implementation of company employee relations policies and procedures.
Additionally, would be participating in meetings related to medical cases, reinstatement cases, exit interviews, career shift changes, grievances and complaints, disputes and pension and redundancy matters.

The required candidate profile:
* Must possess a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
* Experience in an offshore Oil and Gas environment
* Be fluent in English and Arabic
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
