Ref: GP186-1779 Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned entity in the oil and gas industry in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a professional and focused Training/Talent Management Senior Supervisor. Working closely with Senior Managers, you will oversee all the activities of the training and development section. You will supervise, develop, execute as well as administer and follow up on the training and development plans both in-house and externally for the organisation. You will ensure all T and D are in line and compliant with corporate and other polices. Additionally, you will be responsible for the planning of training events. You will monitor progress as well as select and liaise with training providers. You will also be involved in the evaluation of the course curriculum. The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree and at least four years experience in a training or talent development role. In addition you should have experience of managing a small team. An MBA in HR would be advantageous. Only Qatari nationals should apply for this position. During the last ten years, Charterhouse has been operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC Markets.
