Ref: GP186-1778 Charterhouse is working with a forward thinking organisation that has pioneered new developments and initiatives making them a highly respected and leading name in the market. Due to their current expansion plans, they are looking to hire a Head of Health, Safety and Security. You will be responsible for the security of employees and all properties on the premises, facilitating the coordination with formal entities. You will also provide the training and support required for employees on all health, safety and security procedures. In addition you will monitor the management CCTV; plan and follow up on security patrols and handle all security passes. Other responsibilities include planning and facilitating the organisations H&S initiatives and training programs, managing internal / external investigations and preparing weekly security reports. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic or is a Qatari National who has a minimum of eight years experience in the same level role and holds a bachelors Degree. Immediate availability is advantageous. During the last ten years, Charterhouse has been operating across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the GCC Markets.
