Ref: GP186-1781 Our client is one of the most highly renowned and prestigious hospitality groups in the UAE with a global presence spanning North America, North Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. They are looking to hire a Group Recruitment Director to manage all of their properties in the UAE, working very closely with the Group HR Director. As the Group Recruitment Director, you will be involved at both a strategic and operational level and will focus on the recruitment of all mid to senior level, highly critical roles within the group. As well as source, selection and involvement within the interview process, you will also work very closely with the top management team in developing and implementing a successful recruitment strategy for each property. In addition, you will be heavily involved in the group’s international expansion plans and will assess the current recruitment process and streamline this based on the overall corporate strategy and direction. The successful candidate should have experience at a similar team management level in a recruitment role within the hospitality sector (agency recruitment experience or in-house will both be considered from a hospitality background only). You should have both operational and strategic experience and the ability to work autonomously. You will enjoy working for a top brand and display a strong work ethic and be dedicated and adaptable in your approach. Western educated candidates will only be considered for this role.
