Ref: OP317-03 Manage teams of technicians associated with the Restoration, installation , maintenance and Care of various flooring types for residential, commercial and retail sites. Develop, implement, manage and monitor Standard Operating Procedures associated with floor care. Undertake the following key tasks:- Management of teams of floor care technicians Monitors and manages work flows and schedules Develops quotations and reports for clients Line management for all assigned operatives, Liaison with customer/client Site Managers. Carry out performance review for reports. Ensure Statutory Compliance within Scope of Responsibility Ensuring all appropriate documentation is maintained Knowledge of all flooring types from Marble to carpets and how to install, care, maintain and restore each type Working knowledge of ALL types of floor care, maintenance and restoration equipment Ability to manage multiple teams Ability to teaches others how to perform floor care. Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Spider Access is a Gulf based rope access multipurpose contracting entity that offers a broad range of access-related services for use on high rise structures. Currently operating in the UAE and Kuwait, we aim to develop this practice effectively and establish partnerships with GCC-based clients.
