Ref: OP317-02 To ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of all High Level Façade and Cleaning activities through management of assigned resources in line with agreed service levels and customer satisfaction targets. Manage the mobilization of site Projects and the day to day activities associated, managing Rope Access technicians and ensuring compliance with all Statutory requirements and adherence to industry best practice as outlined in any Codes of Practice. In addition other key activities will be: •Maintain the operation of the sites. •Manage Schedules for logistics and procurement •Line management for all assigned operatives, •Liaison with customer/client Site Managers. •Carry out performance review for reports. •Ensure Statutory Compliance within Scope of Responsibility •Ensuring all appropriate documentation is maintained •Ensuring materials and equipment is kept in good order and safety checks undertaken and recorded •Ensuring all material and equipment is tagged and records maintained Strong supervisor/management skills Health and Safety Management qualifications Proven track record of achievement including the supervision of personnel Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills. IT Literate Experince in managing complex Facilities and Services Spider Access is a Gulf based rope access multipurpose contracting entity that offers a broad range of access-related services for use on high rise structures. Currently operating in the UAE and Kuwait, we aim to develop this practice effectively and establish partnerships with GCC-based clients.	الشروط
