Ref: HP602-1115 - Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the most suitable service - Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations/proposals made for clients, negotiating terms and contracts with the client etc… - Improving processes, forms and procedures to maximize team efficiency - Maintaining sales statistics and records of customer sales performance and incentive payments - Providing analytical reports as necessary - More than five years experience - Fluent in English and Arabic, Portuguese is an advantage - Maintain a very good relationship with the clients by listening, interacting and communicating on a frequent basis - Immediately and effectively responds to email inquiries from clients and follows up on pending requests until resolution is achieved - Effectively develop, execute, measure, document and manage sales data - Establish, maintain and distribute various and regular reports for the sales team use, which helps to monitor the sales performance - Maintain pricing data base for all the products and clients - To assist in monitoring the contracts performance and make sure that the client effectuate the payment on time - Internal Interface with GADEC (Contracts Administration Department) for draft contracts , payment, invoicing, Credit/Debit notes, Letter of Credit…. Internal Interface with GAEAC (Shipping and Scheduling Department) for shipment program, nomination, laydays, demurrage/dispatch… for shipments loaded in Brazil Internal interface with SOHAR planning team for gathering information related to the production program, stocks of pellets and Pellet Feed on a daily basis - Communicate with the shipping team the shipments program and make sure that they nominate the suitable vessel on time - Inform the availability of products in Sohar on a monthly and quarter basis in collaboration with GAEAC - Readjustment of the shipment program when possible in order to meet the requirements of both Commercial and/or Operation - Performs other job-related duties as required Talent2 is the first human resources (HR) company in the Asia-Pacific region to offer a complete range of outsourcing services, including executive search and recruitment, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), payroll, consulting and learning.
