Ref: KP622-1643 Our client is looking for a world class Recruitment Manager that supports a culture of excellence and high performance across the organization. The role is a strategic business partner in the achievement of company vision and mission that provides operational excellence. Responsibilities: ? Closely collaborates with the Recruitment Managers and applicable HR professionals to develop and implement the Talent Acquisition Systems and to ensure it is maintained and administered appropriately ? In close collaboration with the Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition team, creates and runs training on recruitment systems and processes ? Manages the effective use and administration of recruitment tool ? Completes regular system audits to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures ? Maintains the relationships with the third-party systems vendors and creates a partnership with IT in maximizing the system’s capabilities and leveraging Company’s technologies. ? Serves as the technology ambassador and champion – constantly assesses process improvements for systemization, manages upgrades and system design. ? Provides strategic advice and counsel to senior management on HR technology issues, spanning the spectrum of Human Resources related information systems platforms ? Ensures HR is leveraging Lawson data to provide data analytics to tell the story behind the data and to make the business case for HR investment decisions ? Oversees responsibility for the management and maintenance of the Company staffing plan and associated systems and reporting frameworks. ? Responsible for implementing product enhancements from vendors and maintaining customizations. ? Responsible for distribution of pertinent information from vendors to Company Medical and Research Center users, managing status calls and tracking projects to completion. ? Maintains documentation on HR systems processes, interfaces and technology infrastructure. ? Ensures data integrity within the system by providing proper training to users and ensuring that procedures are compliant with data integrity objectives. ? Oversees the collection and input of data into HRIS, and audits data files to ensure integrity and accuracy. ? Manages and maintains the Career Portal, including background systems data and content in conjunction with the Communications department. ? Promotes proactive approaches for using systems to solve business needs/problems and enhance the understanding and acceptance of HRIS capabilities. ? Approves system security levels for HRIS system as well as oversees and maintains internal HR network/documentation security. ? Establishes Lawson as a credible source of workforce data leveraging legacy project data to complete this work. ? Maintains strict confidentiality on database information relating to applicants and employees, including but not limited to salary information, negotiations, performance appraisals, and HR actions. ? Establishes documentation on data elements and creates a governance structure in conjunction with other stakeholders which allows the integrity of the data to be maintained. ? Provide accurate data driven and considered advice and recommendations to the Director and other senior stakeholders in regard to Talent Acquisition activities in a timely manner. ? Adheres to company standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies Requirements: ? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field ? 5+ year experience in recruitment, HR systems or similar role ? Experience with the implementation of recruiting tools in large organizations ? Experience with project management, process improvement and proven ability to execute ? Certification in HR or Process Design (Lean / Six Sigma, etc) (preferably) ? CIPD, SHRM or the equivalent (preferably) Skills: ? In depth knowledge of staffing management systems ? Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities while driving key deliverables ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (including designing and executing complex analysis) and impeccable business judgment ? Exceptional communication and presentation skills and ability to clarify and summarize complex issues to an executive level audience ? Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems ? Direct experience producing and publishing content on relevant social media platforms in an effort to enhance brand awareness and to complement attraction strategies. ? Comfortable working with large ambiguous data sets to extract insights ? Prior experience using Lawson software ? General HR or Recruiting experience ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite ?
