Ref: HP279-2332 My client is a luxury retail group based in Dubai looking to hire a Training Manager to join one of their luxury brands. The Role The main responsibilities of this role include: Develop, evaluate, design and implement training and staff development programs Design the outline and training manual Deliver trainings to staff Acquire multimedia aids and educational materials Provide support to Learners in order to assist them in achieving their qualification Follow up on training needs based on performance appraisals Develop a framework for testing and evaluation of training program Seek new and relevant training tools Organise a census of the training needs, define the training methods to be used, create a training plan, divide the training between internal and external training The Person The ideal candidate MUST have the following: A minimum of 5 years training experience - essential Working with luxury brands - highly desirable Fluent in BOTH English and Arabic - essential Able to travel to all Countries in the Middle East without restriction - essential Salary AED 20,000 - 23,000 AED Mackenzie Jones Middle East has decades of HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting and Engineering recruitment expertise.
