Forensic Nurse / LD NurseNursing jobs, South Wales Job ref:snqn001 Salary: £24,000 to £31,175 per annumDate posted:23 April 2014Position type:PermanentStart Date: Location:South WalesSector:Nursing Vacancy details Synergy are currently looking to recruit NQ RMN/RNLD Nurse or Experienced Staff Nurses for a growing service based within the Cardiff region. You will be based within low secure unit dedicated to the treatment of people with personality disorder. The service treatment model is based around the provision of psychologically informed care with a focus on relational security because we’re always aware that real therapeutic change can only occur in the context of safe and appropriate therapeutic relationships. The service are determined to both follow the existing evidence base as well as to build upon it. The integrated treatment model allows them to deliver interventions recommended in key clinical guidelines, using a formulation based approach, meaning that treatment is tailored to the individual and their unique clinical needs. Because of this, we’re absolutely committed to developing the nursing team and can provide a comprehensive clinical induction training package to all new staff, as well as an ongoing programme of personal development and supervision should you be successful. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of person centred care plans. To apply you must be a qualified RMN or RNLD and also have current registration with the NMC. Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS disclosure.
